For those of us who worked daily with our colleagues pre-lockdown, this new reality has come as a rude shock. We're forced to rethink how we work and engage with each other during this time. While uncomfortable - does anyone like enforced change? - we're living in the Digital Age, where tools enabling productive remote working are readily available.

Forced with finding and using new ways to work together, it's become clear that "being present" in the office is no longer the only requirement for working effectively. The ability to embrace technology to business advantage is going to be a deciding factor in survival.

Connecting with each other over a coffee, at the water cooler, in a meeting, or giving a quick update on the office floor is no longer possible. Business Owners and Executives must ask themselves: How do we stay connected and engaged during this time? How do we ensure productivity and outputs continue?

We believe businesses have an unprecedented opportunity to reinvent themselves. Life post-Lockdown will not be the same, and neither will our working lives. Business Owners and Executives need to stay in touch with and lead their people during this time of uncertainty.
