PET FRIENDLY

Pets are welcomed within the confines of private properties. Residents in Life Right Suites are also permitted to keep small pets. It is the responsibility of pet owners to adhere to the regulations regarding their pets.

ECO FRIENDLY AND ENERGY SAVING.

We have incorporated the following key features into every home:

Heat exchange system (standard): A heat exchange pump system to generate all of its hot water requirements, resulting in a SAVING OF 50% - 60% of normal electricity charges.

Insulation: Roofs are insulated with "Spunsulation" as well as 100mm thick "isotherm" insulating material which adds to indoor comfort and reduced energy consumption, because there is less need for cooling or heating devices.

Gas fireplaces: High performance, yet energy-efficient flueless fireplaces.

Underground rainwater storage tank system: Every (freehold) house will have a 2,500 litre underground rainwater storage system. The water is then pumped up via a solenoid pump and immediately made usable via a normal water tap for garden watering / irrigation and for washing cars.
